To place an order you must select your products and complete the checkout process with correct shipping and payment details.
Once your order is placed you will receive a confirmation email or message.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within one to two business days after payment confirmation.
Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
Processing time may be longer during high order volume periods.
Order Confirmation
After successful payment you will receive an order confirmation with all details.
If you do not receive confirmation please contact our support team.
Order Changes
You may request changes to your order only before it is processed or shipped.
Once the order is shipped changes cannot be made.
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be canceled before they are processed or shipped.
After shipping cancellation is not possible and you may refer to our Return Policy.
Out of Stock Items
If any item in your order is out of stock we may contact you to offer a replacement or refund.
